	General Overview Townhomes at Sienna Park Homeowners Association Association is located in Longmont, Colorado at Kansas Ave. & South Sherman St.. The Association consists of 110 townhomes and was established in 2018. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants. Each owner is also a member of the Sienna Park Master Association.

	Playground A playground is located within the community just east of 1501 Sepia Ave. It's a great place to have some fun when weather permits! The playground is maintained by the Sienna Park Master Association.
	Basketball Courts With the wonderful weather in Colorado, Sienna Park Master Owners Association’s basketball court always give you an excuse to get outside. Enjoy a game of basketball on the court without having to leave the community! Access: Access is permitted to all owners. Access is permitted on a first come, first serve basis (no reservations).
